Build a grounded relationship with Tantric philosophy, meditation, breath, energy awareness and embodied practice.

Deepen into the living current of Shakti through disciplined practice, inner refinement and direct experience.
2 Months Immersion

Lineage Initiation
Initiation is approached through preparation, relationship and discernment. It is offered only when the foundation and readiness are present.

Progression Is Personal
Students do not automatically move into advanced practice after completing a particular number of days or modules. The appropriate next step is explored through conversation, observation and mutual discernment.
A Journey Guided by Practice and Readiness
The Core Curriculum is not designed as a collection of separate courses to complete as quickly as possible. Each stage creates the foundation for the next, allowing understanding to mature through study, practice, integration and personal guidance.

Discernment and Integration
Learn to recognise what is meaningful, integrate experience into daily life and approach deeper practice with maturity.
Embodied Awareness
Develop a more attentive relationship with the body, breath, emotions and subtle experience.
Energetic Sensitivity
Refine your capacity to observe and work responsibly with prana, attention and inner movement.
The aim is not to become someone new, but to meet what is already present with greater clarity.

An Ancient Living Tradition, Transmitted with respect.
The Core Curriculum is rooted in ancient Tantric traditions/lineages. While philosophy provides understanding and practices provide experience, guidance helps the student approach both with context, care and discernment.
Lineage is more than a historical chain of names. It is the continuity through which teachings are preserved, adapted responsibly and shared according to the preparation of the student.
Context
Practices are introduced with the philosophical and practical understanding needed to approach them responsibly.
Guidance
Questions, experiences and challenges are explored through an ongoing relationship rather than interpretation alone.
Transmission
Certain teachings are shared only when an appropriate foundation, commitment and readiness are present.
Some aspects of the tradition are explained publicly. Others are preserved within the relationship between teacher, student and lineage.
