1. Securing Your Placement: To confirm your participation in any workshop or course at Adyakula, a non-refundable Commitment Fee ($5- $15) is required at the time of booking. This fee is strictly non-refundable and secures your place among a limited number of attendees.

2. Payment Structure: We require tuition payments to be finalized in two stages to ensure your place is fully secured:

• Initial Tuition: At least 50% of the remaining balance must be paid on or before the first day of the course. This can be settled securely online (Wise/PayPal/Net-Banking) or in person via cash.

• Final Balance: The remaining tuition balance must be settled in full prior to the final session of the course.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy: We hold space for a limited number of participants to ensure the depth and quality of our work; therefore, we must be firm with our cancellation windows:

• 14+ Days Before Start Date: You are eligible for a full refund of any tuition fees paid, excluding the non-refundable Commitment Fee and any applicable taxes or currency conversion charges.

• Within 14 Days of Start Date: No refunds will be issued. As we are often unable to fill your space on such short notice, the tuition fees are considered non-refundable.

4. Emergency Situations: We understand that life can be unpredictable. In the event of a genuine emergency that prevents your attendance, we are happy to offer you a credit for a future iteration of the same workshop or course. This credit is subject to availability and must be requested in writing prior to the start of the program.
