More about this retreat:

A healing journey through the body, breath, movement, culture, and sacred landscape of Rishikesh.

This seven-day emotional reset and somatic healing retreat is for those who feel emotionally exhausted, overwhelmed, disconnected from themselves, or ready to move beyond patterns that no longer support the life they wish to live.

The experience weaves together personalized somatic healing and bodywork, meditation, pranayama, dynamic movement, embodied awareness, creative expression, restorative rest, and immersion in the natural and spiritual atmosphere of Rishikesh.

Each day is thoughtfully paced to nourish body, mind, and spirit without overwhelming you. Mornings begin with meditation, breathwork, mindful movement, and simple traditional puja ceremonies, creating a grounded and intentional beginning to the day. Active and dynamic meditations may incorporate conscious breathing, shaking, expressive movement, free dance, stillness, and deep relaxation, allowing you to explore your inner experience through the body rather than through thought alone.

Personalized, consent-led healing sessions invite you to become more aware of accumulated tension, emotional holding patterns, personal boundaries, and the subtle ways your body responds to stress and past experiences. Journaling, reflection, guided relaxation, and spacious periods of rest allow this process to unfold gently, without pressure, performance, or forced emotional release.

Alongside the deeper healing work, the retreat makes space for joy, playfulness, creativity, and human connection. Depending on local schedules and availability, you may choose to participate in optional experiences such as a pottery workshop, vegetarian cooking class, ecstatic dance, cacao ceremony, nature walk, or another local cultural activity. You will also have opportunities to experience Rishikesh through time beside the sacred Ganga, peaceful riverside exploration, the evening Ganga Aarti, the Beatles Ashram, or the surrounding Himalayan landscape. Those who prefer more quiet time may use these periods for rest and personal integration.

Rooted in the embodied wisdom of Tantra, this retreat honors the body as a doorway to self-awareness, vitality, and inner transformation. The teachings are presented in a grounded and accessible way, making the experience suitable even if you have never practised somatic healing, meditation, yoga, breathwork, or Tantra before.

The Retreat Experience - An Overview

This retreat is more than a change of scenery. It is a seven-day journey of slowing down, listening inwardly, moving what has become stagnant, and rebuilding a more conscious relationship with your body, emotions, vitality, and inner life.

Created for those who feel emotionally tired, overwhelmed, disconnected, or caught in patterns they are ready to understand more deeply, the retreat combines personalized somatic healing, meditation, pranayama, dynamic movement, embodied awareness, traditional spiritual practices, restorative rest, creative expression, and cultural experiences.

Rather than asking you to push through an exhausting schedule or perform your healing for others, the week follows a spacious and thoughtfully paced rhythm. There is time for meaningful inner work, but also for rest, nature, laughter, creativity, shared experiences, and the enjoyment of being in Rishikesh.

What makes this retreat so special?

This retreat is more than a week away from everyday life—it is a thoughtfully balanced journey of embodied healing, emotional renewal, creativity, cultural discovery, and reconnection with yourself. The week makes space for meaningful inner work without making every day feel heavy or overly structured.

Personal attention within a supportive small group.

Limited to five participants, the retreat offers a level of personal attention that is rarely possible in larger group programs. Practices and healing sessions can be adapted to your intentions, experience, comfort, and the pace at which your body and emotions are ready to unfold. The small-group setting also creates opportunities for warmth and connection without taking away your privacy or personal space.

Healing through the body, breath, movement, and awareness.

The program weaves together personalized somatic healing, meditation, pranayama, mindful movement, dynamic meditation, embodied-awareness practices, guided reflection, and deep relaxation.

Active meditations may incorporate conscious breathing, shaking, spontaneous movement, dance, sound, stillness, and floor-based rest. These practices offer a way to move beyond constant thinking and explore your inner experience directly through the body.

Individual healing sessions invite you to become more aware of accumulated tension, emotional holding patterns, personal boundaries, and habitual responses to stress. Where appropriate, hands-on bodywork is discussed beforehand and offered only with your clear consent. The intention is never to force an emotional release, but to help you listen to your body, recognize its signals, and meet your experience with greater awareness and compassion.

Rooted in the embodied and spiritual wisdom of Tantra.

In the path of Tantra, the body is honored as a doorway to awareness, vitality, and self-understanding. Mornings begin with meditation, breathwork, mindful movement, and simple traditional puja ceremonies that bring intention and sacredness into the day.

Insights from the Tantric path are shared in a grounded, respectful, and accessible way, allowing you to explore the relationship between body, energy, emotions, and consciousness without requiring any particular belief system. No previous experience with Tantra, meditation, yoga, breathwork, or somatic healing is required.

Healing is balanced with joy, creativity, and playfulness.

Emotional renewal does not have to mean seven days of serious inner work. The retreat also creates room for movement, laughter, creative expression, shared experiences, and the simple pleasure of discovering something new.

Depending on local schedules and availability, optional activities may include pottery, vegetarian cooking, ecstatic dance, a cacao ceremony, nature exploration, or another creative or cultural experience. These activities bring lightness to the week while encouraging curiosity, connection, and self-expression. Guests who prefer additional rest may always choose quiet personal time instead.
