Embodied Movement - Tantra Class

Private 2 Hour Embodied Movement Tantra Class

Meditations, breathworks & embodied movement

Embodied Movement is a breath-led Tantra class that invites you to move beyond thinking about the body and begin experiencing it as a living field of sensation, energy, emotion, and awareness.

Within Tantra, the body is not considered an obstacle to spiritual practice. It is a doorway through which presence and consciousness can be directly experienced. This class uses mindful movement to help you notice how you breathe, where you hold tension, how you respond to sensation, and how freely you allow yourself to move and express.

The practice may include grounding, conscious breathing, gentle shaking, intuitive movement, rhythmic movement, dynamic meditation, free expression, periods of stillness, and guided body awareness. Movements are not performed for appearance or judged according to technique. You are encouraged to listen inwardly and move in ways that respect your body’s natural range and present capacity.

The class gradually moves between activity and rest, allowing you to observe the relationship between movement, breath, energy, emotion, and consciousness. It concludes with relaxation and quiet integration so that you can absorb the experience without feeling rushed.
