The basic module exists not only as an introduction to the world of Tantra, but also to calm the restless & anxious mind, inducing focus and preparing the mind to be present and being able to receive. In the basic module, we give you a theoretical & practical introduction, answer all your doubts/questions, teach you the practical ways to enter the state of meditation, breathworks to clear the subtle energy channels and bring your mind to a state of clear one pointed focus. The basic module also includes some introductory Tantric practices to give you a taste of what is possible.  It is the perfect starting point for those who wish to walk this path to transcendence and is meant for those who are new to the path of Spirituality or Tantra in general.
